Anti-Ragging Mahautsav at RUAS

The Directorate of Student Affairs at RUAS observed the National Anti- Ragging week from August 12 to 18, 2024, known as the “Anti-Ragging Awareness Mahautsav. This event aimed to foster a safe and respectful environment on campus by raising awareness about the detrimental effects of ragging. The Karnataka State Police Department played a pivotal role in the initiative, by conducting an informative session that underscored the legal consequences of ragging and the importance of maintaining a ragging-free educational atmosphere. In addition to this, there were various competitions, including essay writing, poster making, social media campaigns and the creation of awareness videos, organized to engage students and spread the message widely.
