Dr. Charan Singh is a distinguished economist and public policy expert with extensive experience in academia, banking, and economic research. He is the former Non-Executive Chairman of Punjab & Sind Bank and previously held senior positions at the Reserve Bank of India and the International Monetary Fund. A prolific author and thought leader, Dr. Singh has contributed immensely to areas such as monetary policy, financial inclusion, and rural development.

He is also the Chief Economist at the Foundation for Economic Growth and Welfare (EGROW). His insightful analysis and commitment to inclusive growth have made him a respected voice in India’s economic landscape.
