Guest Lecture on “The Power of Words”

The Department of Front Office, Faculty of Hospitality Management and Catering Technology (FHMCT), Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences (RUAS), is organizing an insightful guest lecture on "The Power of Words" on 27th October 2025. This special session will be delivered by the esteemed Ms. Rashmii Koppar, Co-Founder & Director of 95hm Learning Solutions.

The lecture aims to enhance the students' understanding of the critical role that effective communication plays in the hospitality industry. The session is designed to strengthen students' soft skills and professional competencies, equipping them with the tools to build positive guest relationships and handle workplace interactions with confidence and grace.
