Guest Lecture on "Leadership in Management"
The Faculty of Hospitality Management and Catering Technology (FHMCT) organized a guest lecture on 'Leadership in Management' by Ms. Gouri R. Javali for 5th-semester BHM students. The session covered key management activities such as planning, organizing, leading, and controlling. Ms. Javali discussed various leadership styles and their application in different scenarios. The seminar was well-received, with participants engaging in discussions on the practical applications of leadership and management in their careers. The event concluded with an inspiring message from Ms. Gouri Javali. To close the session, Mr. Vishwas from the 5th semester delivered a heartfelt vote of thanks, and Ms. Ananya presented a token of appreciation to the guest speaker.
