Culinary Symposium on Millets

The faculty of Hospitality Management and Catering Technology (FHMCT), Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences (RUAS) in association with Karnataka State Department of Agriculture, is organizing a "Culinary Symposium on Millets"

The symposium will be chaired by Sri N. Cheluvaraswamy, Hon’ble Minister for Agriculture, GOK, and will serve as a platform for restaurant and bar operators, food bloggers, social media experts, home chefs, hotel management institutes, and culinary studios to discuss the most effective way to introduce millets into the menus of commercial establishments, create trends, and influence customers.
