An educator with PhD in entrepreneurship, MPhil, in marketing management, M.Com in banking management with a MBA in information technology, she has a professional certification in Digital Transformation from ISB-Hyderabad, a professional certification in Supply Chain Management & Analytics from IIT Rourke and a certification in Design Thinking and Innovation from the Indian Institute of Science, Centre for Continuing Education, Bengaluru. In addition she has undergone a global online certification course-data-driven supply chain transformation 2022 by I-DAPT hub foundation-IIT (BHU) and COE logistics & supply chain management-NITIE-MUMBAI

Backed with 20 years of corporate/industry experience and 14 plus years of academic experience in teaching & research she was a former IQAC Coordinator and Steering Committee Coordinator for NAAC accreditation (IV) cycle with St. Joseph’s College of Commerce. With an academic expertise in the areas of entrepreneurship, marketing, human resources, strategic management, production management, and supply chain & logistics management, she is proficient in outcome based educational design of programs, courses, measurement and assessments methodology. Currently as a Professor in the Faculty of Commerce and Management of RUAS, she adheres to all norms of institutional goals in planning course syllabus, evaluating & revision of curricula, designing course content & course materials.
