Dr. Reshma K.J. is a committed academician with a strong foundation in management studies and research. She earned her Bachelor of Business Management (BBM) from Mangalore University and completed her MBA from Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences (RUAS), Bangalore. She completed her Ph.D. under the Faculty of Management and Commerce at RUAS. Her doctoral research focused on “Impact of Personality Types and Behavioral Bias on Students’ Entrepreneurial Intention.” She currently serves as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management Studies, Faculty of Management and Commerce, RUAS. With over 7.8 years of experience in teaching and research, she has contributed significantly to both academic and scholarly domains. She has published extensively in peer-reviewed national and international journals, presented numerous conference papers, and authored academic books and book chapters. Her research interests include Entrepreneurial Intention, Behavioral Finance, Investment Banking, Accounting and Taxation.
