Dr. Renee Namratha is a creative academic and committed educator with over eight years of experience in teaching and mentoring undergraduate and postgraduate students at the Faculty of Management and Commerce, Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences (RUAS). Known for her strong people skills and learner-centric approach, she has consistently earned excellent student feedback and enjoys a reputation for approachability, rigour, and academic integrity.
She has been associated with RUAS since 2014 as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Commerce, where her work reflects a deep commitment to the holistic development and welfare of the student community, as well as to the larger institutional mission of the university.
Beyond the classroom, Dr. Renee actively contributes to student life and institutional engagement. She currently heads the Sports Committee of FMC and also leads the Social Media and Website Committees, playing a key role in strengthening student participation, visibility, and outreach. She currently coordinates and has successfully led international student exchange and immersion programmes between RUAS and partner institutions in Bavaria, Germany, fostering cross-cultural learning and global exposure.
University of Applied Sciences. Her academic interests lie in people management, student engagement, and organisational development, and she continues to balance teaching, research, and service with equal enthusiasm and purpose.
