Ms. Neha Uppin is an Assistant Professor of Law with a diverse professional and academic background; she is deeply committed to legal education and student mentorship. She holds a BA.LLB (Hons) degree from the National Law University, Odisha and further honed her expertise and research skills by completing her LL.M. in Constitutional and Administrative Law from School of Law, Christ (Deemed to be University), Bengaluru. She has qualified both UGC-NET (Law) (92%) in 2025 and K-SET (Law) in 2024 conducted by the Karnataka Examinations Authority.
Beyond the classroom, she brings valuable industry experience to her teaching, having served as a Trademark Associate at a prestigious IPR firm in Chennai. Her research interests encompass Gender Justice, Child Rights, Constitutional Law, IPR laws and Criminal Law. Apart from Academia she also practices Bharatanatyam during her leisure time.
