According to the rules of the University, the fees should be collected at the start of the year. There is no provision for paying fees per semester.
The Gnanagangothri Campus and the Technology Campus provide well-organised hostel amenities for students. Nevertheless, on-campus accommodation at the Technology Campus is presently limited to female students exclusively.
Students from both campuses also have the option to choose private, off-campus accommodation.

Admissions for undergraduate and postgraduate programmes close soon, though the exact dates may vary each year.
The Technology Campus hosts the Faculties of Engineering & Technology, Art & Design, and Mathematical & Physical Sciences. Consequently, all programmes offered by these faculties are conducted at the Technology Campus.
Likewise, the Gnanagangothri Campus, situated on New BEL Road, accommodates the Faculties of Dental Sciences, Pharmacy, Hospitality Management and Catering Technology, Management & Commerce, Life & Allied Health Sciences, School of Social Sciences, School of Law, Ramaiah Medical College, Ramaiah College of Physiotherapy, and Ramaiah Institute of Nursing Education & Research, along with the respective programs offered by each.
