Dr. Venugopal K. R. is an eminent legal scholar, technologist, and interdisciplinary academician with over four decades of dedicated service at Bangalore University. His academic pursuits are marked by eleven degrees, reflecting his commitment to holistic knowledge. These include a Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering from IIT Madras and a Ph.D. in Economics from Bangalore University, alongside degrees in Law, Mass Communication, Electronics, Economics, Business Finance, Public Relations, and Industrial Relations.

Dr. Venugopal's deep engagement with law and technology places him at the forefront of interdisciplinary education and research. His work bridges critical domains such as Cyber Law, Intellectual Property, Technology Law, and Economic Policy, making him a key voice in the evolving dialogue between law, technology, and society.
