Overview
The B.B.A.LL.B. (Hons.) is a five-year integrated programme that combines business administration with legal education to prepare students for the modern corporate and legal environment. The programme offers a strong foundation in management subjects such as marketing, finance, human resources, and business analytics, alongside core legal subjects including constitutional law, corporate law, contracts, and intellectual property. Through case-based learning, moot courts, projects, internships, and industry exposure, students develop managerial competence, legal reasoning, communication skills, and professional ethics. The programme enables graduates to build careers in corporate law, compliance, business consulting, litigation, public governance, and allied fields requiring both legal and business expertise.
Program Objectives
- To impart a strong foundation in business management and legal studies.
- To develop analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities relevant to legal and corporate sectors.
- To cultivate practical skills through internships, moot courts, simulations, and experiential learning.
- To promote ethical, responsible, and socially conscious legal and managerial practice.
- To prepare students for diverse professional paths in corporate law, litigation, consulting, and public service.
Eligibility Criteria
- Pass in 10+2 / 2nd PUC or equivalent examination from a recognised board.
- Minimum aggregate of 45% marks for General/OBC candidates.
- Minimum aggregate of 40% marks for SC/ST candidates.
- Candidates with valid scores in RUAS-AT, CUET-UG, CLAT, or LSAT-India may be considered as per university norms.
- Age limit as applicable under Bar Council of India (BCI) regulations.
