Dr Manur Gururajachar Janaki, Radiation Oncologist since last thirty three years is working at Ramaiah Medical College since 1997. She has contributed to Medical Education Unit, IQAC of the college and served as Head of the department for ten years between 2012 and 2022.She has organised many workshops, CMEs,Seminars apart from an international cadaveric brachytherapy hands on workshop in 2017.

She has guided over twenty-five postgraduate students and has worked for many research projects.She has published over fifty original articles and case reports in both national and international journals in the field of Radiation Oncology,Radiation physics and Medical Education. She is an Editor of textbook of Radiation Oncology published by Springer nation.She has contributed as an author for five text books. She is a reviewer contributing to quality of published articles for over ten journals. She has brought in many innovative teaching, learning and assessment methods adding to the quality of post graduation education.

She is an external subject expert of Board of Studies (BoS). Presently she is recognised as a convener of Specialist board of Radiation Oncology by National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences
