Prof. Abby Matthew, Dean, Hospitality Management and Catering Technology is a highly experienced personnel in Hospitality Management. Having many Certifications to his credit, he has more than 3 decades of Industrial and Academic experience. His main interests lie in Food and Beverage Production and Management. He has been The Chairman of Board of Examination and Expert Member for the National Assessment and Accreditation Council. He is also Member of Academic Council (Bangalore University) and Local Inspection Committee (Mysore University).
