Mr. Manish Subodh joined Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences as Head – Human Resources in September 2025.

Prior to joining RUAS, Mr. Subodh’s career spans over 27 years across leading organizations including NXP Semiconductors and Ericsson India, where he held senior leadership roles in People & Culture. His expertise covers end-to-end HR leadership—ranging from mergers & acquisitions integration, leadership academies, and enterprise HR governance to employee relations, DEI, and workforce planning.

At NXP, he played a pivotal role in business growth and transformation—leading organizational design, talent development, succession planning, and cultural integration across global capability centers and high-growth businesses.

A trusted advisor to senior leaders, he is widely recognized for his ability to enable culture transformation, elevate leadership maturity, and embed people-first practices that drive measurable impact. At NXP, he co-created the flagship Leadership Academy and Technical Leadership Talent framework, facilitated programs for 300+ leaders, and championed inclusive leadership initiatives that enhanced engagement, reduced attrition, and strengthened the leadership pipeline. He also successfully led HR integration during multi-billion-dollar global acquisitions, retaining critical talent and embedding resilient cultural frameworks.

Mr. Subodh holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (HR & Finance) from Amity Business School, Delhi, and a BA (Hons.) in Mathematics & Statistics from Delhi University, where he was a University Rank Holder. He has also completed advanced programs in Leadership Excellence from IIM Ahmedabad and Negotiation Skills from IIM Kolkata and is an accredited Insights Discovery Practitioner, having coached over 300 leaders.

He has been recognized with several awards, including Certificates of Appreciation from business leadership for driving university engagement and talent innovation, and multiple excellence awards at both NXP and Ericsson.
