Mr. Kshitij Mohan is an accomplished Facilities and Administration professional with over 21 years of comprehensive experience in Facilities Management, General Administration, and Hospitality Services. He currently serves as the Head – Facilities at Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences, where he leads campus infrastructure operations and ensures seamless delivery of support services across academic, administrative, and residential facilities.

He possesses extensive expertise in institutional facility management, including infrastructure planning, preventive and corrective maintenance strategies, vendor and contract management, statutory compliance, security operations, housekeeping systems, utilities management, and hospitality services. His leadership approach emphasizes operational excellence, safety standards, cost optimization, and continuous service improvement.

Prior to his current role, Mr. Kshitij was associated with reputed organizations such as Manipal Education, Jones Lang LaSalle, and Taj Group of Hotels, where he contributed significantly to managing large-scale operations and strengthening institutional service frameworks.
