Dr. Srivatsa H. S.

Dr. H. S. Srivatsa, Dean – Centre for Professional Development and Professor at the Faculty of Management and Commerce, MSRUAS, has over 27 years of experience in academia, research, and industry. He holds a Ph.D. and M.Sc (Engg.) from IISc, Bangalore, and has led initiatives such as establishing the AIU–MSRUAS Administrative and Academic Development Centre (AADC) and conducting FDPs on MOOCs and AI for Research.

Known for his strong training capabilities, he has delivered MDPs on Digital Marketing and AI for Exports for the Federation of Indian Export Organisations (FIEO) – a Ministry of Commerce, Government of India initiative, along with programs for dentists, entrepreneurs, and corporates. He is a Certified Trainer from Rutgers School of Social Work (USA) and a Global Career Counsellor (certifications from UCLA and MBTI - STRONG ). His research spans digital transformation and digital marketing and green innovation with publications in SCOPUS and ABDC-listed journals
