Mr. A.R. Prasad is a Commerce Graduate and a Cost & Management Accountant with over 38 years of experience. He has got varied experience in Financial Reporting, Business Planning, Working Capital & Treasury Management, Costing, Taxation, Risk Management, establishing systems & procedures for green field projects, ERP implementation and Secretarial matters. 

Prasad had an association with various companies, started his career as management trainee with Kirloskar Electric Co Ltd in 1986 and associated with Otis Elevator Company (India) Limited and managed Finance, IT and HR functions at Bangalore factory.

Later moved to L&T Group in 2005 and handled various functions at L&T-Valdel Engineering Limited, L&T-MHPS Turbine Generators Ltd and as Chief Financial Officer at L&T Power IC. 

He had attended Management development programmes at IIM-Ahmedabad & Grid International, Part of Global Leadership Development Program conducted by Ross School of Business, University of Michigan and Participated in Strategic Finance Leadership Program conducted in association with The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, USA.
