
Mrs. Sharon Caroline Furtado is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Pharmaceutics, RUAS. She is particularly focused on in-depth studies of polymer-based wound dressings and modified drug delivery systems as well as microbiological studies as part of her research work. She holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Pharmacy and has at least 14 years of experience in her chosen profession. She has been accepted as a member of the Karnataka State Pharmacy Council and the Association of Pharmaceutical Teachers of India.
