Ms. Jeesa George is a distinguished faculty member with a robust educational and professional background in pharmacy. She completed her M.Pharm from JSS College of Pharmacy, Mysore, and B.Pharm from Kannur University. Ms. Jeesa began her career as a Dispensing Pharmacist at Apollo Hospitals, Bangalore, where she worked for an year before pursuing her M.Pharm. On completion of her MPharm, she returned to Apollo Hospitals as a Clinical Pharmacist, gaining invaluable experience in ensuring the rational and effective use of medication, ADR reporting, medication reconciliation, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Transitioning to academia, she served as an Assistant Professor at Karnataka College of Pharmacy, Bangalore, for six years. In this role, she guided several UG and PG projects and handled theory subjects for B.Pharm and Pharm.D students, and actively engaged in ADR reporting, ward round participation and clinicians' meetings at Bangalore Baptist Hospital, Hebbal. Her involvement extended to organizing medical camps, community activities, and participating in various conferences and seminars. She has presented research papers at both international and national conferences and has several publications in international peer-reviewed journals to her credit. With seven years of teaching experience, two years as a clinical pharmacist, and one year as a dispensing pharmacist, Ms. Jeesa's comprehensive expertise enriches our academic environment.
