Assistant Professor

Mr Praveen L S joined RUAS as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering over 5 years ago. He has about 2 years of experience in academic research. At the postgraduate level, he teaches Design of Bio-implants, Biomechanics, Biocontrol and Drug Delivery System, Statistical Detection and Estimation, DAQ and Hardware Interfaces, Instrumentation and Engineering and Power Electronics. For undergraduates, he conducts classes on Network Analysis and Synthesis, Control System and Electromagnetic Field Theory.
He has advised 2 batches of undergraduate students and 15 aspiring postgraduates on their thesis preparation. He obtained his MSc (Engineering) in Signal Processing and Communication Engineering from M S Ramaiah School of Advanced Studies, Bangalore (with Coventry University, UK) in 2011. He was placed third among the nominees for the Best Innovation in the Biomedical field by Healthex International in BIEC, Bangalore.
