Currently, I teach construction management courses at MSRUAS, Bangalore and I also an independent researcher. Aim to provide project-based learning (an outcome based education) to the civil engineering students. An IIT Delhi graduate with 5 years of research experience in project change management. Also, industry experience of 4.6 years in the construction projects provided me with insights to fill the gap between academics and industry requirements. Skilled in change management, risk management, project planning, scheduling, and control.
