Dr. Madhusudan Nayak C, is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Food Technology, FLAHS, Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences, Bengaluru- 560054. He has teaching (Rai Tech University, Doddaballapur and Nehru Institute of Technology, Tamilnadu) and research (JRF & SRF in DST-SERB funded project on Towards Development of Nutritional Alternative to Infant Feeding- Relevance of Donkey Milk”at College of Agricultural Engineering, UAS, GKVK, Bangalore-65) experience of over 6 years and is proficient in the area of Processing and Food Engineering. 

Madhusudan Nayak C, completed research work on Development of a hand operated decorticator for simarouba nutlets” during M.Tech, and Development of Process Technology for Production of Donkey Milk Powder and its Sorption Behaviour Studies for Shelf-life Prediction” in Ph.D. Madhusudan Nayak C published 11 full length research articles and received one best Oral presentation, Poster presentation, Consolation prize and young researcher award. Madhusudan Nayak C, published 6 articles in popular magazines (kannda and English language). Madhusudan Nayak C received UGC scholarship for his PG studies and CSIR-SRF fellowship for Ph.D. studies. Madhusudan Nayak C, applied for patent for his part of Ph.D. work (application No.202041052196 A) and it is under progress.
