I am Ms. Vijayalakshmi V is passionate about consumer behavior, and digital marketing. My academic and research interests focus on retail pharmacy, technology-enabled services, and customer experience management. I am actively contributed to national and international academic forums through research publications and conference presentations. My areas of expertise include marketing, digital transformation, service quality, and strategic management, with a commitment to fostering industry-relevant learning and research.
