Mr. Vijaya Kumar S, a mechanical engineer who graduated from Bangalore Institute of Technology in 2003, spent two years working in the industrial sector in a different of positions. He entered academics in 2005 when he joined RUAS as a training engineer. He enrolled at MSRSAS for a Master's degree in Engineering and Manufacturing Management (2010). Parallel to this, promoted to the position of Assistant Professor, which he has held with the Department of Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering ever since 2014. He has provided corporate training programs for different industries and taught a variety of courses at the undergraduate and post graduate levels. His areas of focus in research include operations management in the manufacturing and service industries. He is presently working towards his Doctorate in Sustainable Supply Chain Management.
