Dr. Tuhin Kumar Maji is an interdisciplinary materials scientist with over a decade of distinguished research experience at the interface of atomically precise nanomaterials synthesis, advanced spectroscopy (XPS, HRTEM), and first-principles computational modeling (DFT, TDDFT). His pioneering work includes engineering bimetallic nanohybrids exhibiting world-record electron-phonon coupling relevant to high-temperature superconductivity, as well as catalysis and nanomaterials for sustainable energy applications such as hydrogen evolution and CO₂ reduction. Formerly a National Postdoctoral Fellow at the Indian Institute of Science Bangalore, Dr. Maji recently joined Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Physics, where he is keen to develop a computational materials laboratory and implement research-integrated teaching.
