Dr. Subhadeep Mukherjee is currently serving as an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Management and Commerce and as the Head of the Centre for Leadership Empowering Attitude Development for Sustainability (LEADS Next Gen Centre) at M. S. Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences (RUAS), Bengaluru. With a robust academic foundation and extensive professional experience, he has previously held faculty positions at the Department of Management Studies, National Institute of Technology (NIT) Silchar, and Sikkim Manipal University. He also brings with him several years of valuable industry experience in the domains of Human Resource Management and Marketing. At RUAS, Dr. Mukherjee plays a pivotal role in mentoring and guiding budding student entrepreneurs & future industry leaders through his leadership of the LEADS – Next Gen Centre.

A prolific academician and researcher, Dr. Mukherjee has published extensively in reputed journals indexed in Scopus, ABDC (B & C Category), Web of Science, and UGC Care. He has also contributed as an editor to several edited volumes published by renowned international publishers such as Taylor & Francis, Springer Nature, and Eureka Publishers. His research contributions have been presented at numerous national and international conferences. In addition to academic scholarship, he has completed an ICSSR-sponsored research project, undertaken corporate consultancy assignments, and filed one patent. He currently serves as the Co-Editor-in-Chief of Adhyatma: A Journal of Management, Spirituality and Human Values, and is an active reviewer for several national and international Scopus-indexed journals.

Dr. Mukherjee is a Life Member of several esteemed professional bodies, including the All-India Management Association (AIMA), Indian Commerce Association, Indian Economic Association, Centre for Education Growth and Research (CEGR), New Delhi, Social Science Research Network (SSRN), U.S.A, and the Social Science and Humanities Research Association (SSHRA) – ICBELLP. His academic and professional journey is marked by a deep commitment to excellence in teaching, impactful research, innovation, and the promotion of entrepreneurship.
