I have seven published papers, three book chapters, and one granted patent based on my Ph.D. research titled “Method for Production of Encapsulated Anthocyanin from Kokum Rind”. Additionally, I have filed four patents and published approximately 18 abstracts in conferences, seminars, and webinars. I secured a RUAS seed grant of ₹4.78 lakhs for the project “Design and Development of a Decentralized Millet Dehuller”, with five FET students contributing to the project—three of whom have been placed at The Middleby Corporation and Yield Engineering Systems based on their work on the seed grant machine.
