Having completed a master’s degree in psychology with a specialization in Clinical Psychology from Bangalore University, I qualified the National Eligibility Test (NET) and have been actively engaged in the field of academia since 2007. Over the years, I have served as a Lecturer and Assistant Professor at several esteemed institutions in Bangalore, including Sri Bhagwan Mahavir Jain College, Reva College, MS Ramaiah College of Law, Dept of Psychology at Bangalore University and Montfort College.
Currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Positive Psychology, I am deeply passionate about research and have presented and published numerous papers on topics such as job satisfaction, academic resilience, and men’s emotional well-being. My academic journey reflects a commitment to both teaching and advancing psychological science through meaningful research.
