Dr. S. P. Sreenivas. Padala is currently Assistant Professor in Department of Civil Engineering, M.S. Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences, Bangalore, since 2020. He completed his M. Tech and Ph.D. in Construction Management from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi. Prior to his Ph.D., He worked in construction industry for five years in planning and contracts department.

He teach various courses of construction management for B. Tech and M. Tech (Construction Engineering and Management) students. Till date Dr. Sreenivas has guided four undergraduate projects and 18 postgraduate dissertation projects. He is also currently a supervisor for four Ph.D. students in construction management domain. Till date he has published 10 journals, 9 conferences and 5 book chapters. Currently he is a reviewer for International Journal of Construction Management (Taylor and Francis), Engineering Architecture Construction Management, (Emerald), and NICMAR Journal of Construction Management.
