Dr. Rik Ganguly completed his B.Sc. in Microbiology and M.Sc. in Molecular Microbiology, followed by a Ph.D. in Biotechnology from North-Eastern Hill University (NEHU), Shillong. During his academic and research career, he has gained expertise in computational biology, structural bioinformatics, molecular modelling, AI/ML-based drug discovery, peptide engineering and molecular dynamics simulations. He has worked in both academic and industrial research environments, including Cellogen Therapeutics, Ashoka University and the Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee. His research interests broadly encompass computational drug discovery, structure-based drug design, antimicrobial resistance, AI-driven biomolecular engineering and the development of physics-informed computational approaches for therapeutic discovery.
