Ms. Pranupa S works as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering which is under the Faculty of Engineering and Technology at RUAS. Her preferred area of research involves power electronics and drives, renewable energy system, optimization using metaheuristic algorithms, robotics and microcontrollers. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from VTU and a Master’s degree in Computer Application in Industrial Drives (CAID) from VTU. She is currently Pursuing her Ph.D. degree in the field of Wind Farm Layout Optimization at MSRUAS. She is also serving as a student vice-chair of IEEE SB RUAS and a graduate student member of IEEE.
