Dr Pallabi brings in 2.6 years of industry experience as HR Assistant in Accenture Services Pvt. Ltd., Bengaluru and as Clinical and Counselling Psychologist at Nicholas Piramal, Bhubaneswar and 9 years of teaching experience as Assistant Professor (HR & OB). She has expertise in OB, HR, and core management disciplines. In research, She has a proven track record of scholarly contributions that includes two ABDC - A, Scopus - Q1, WOS - Q1 publications, with a total count of Seven SCOPUS indexed publications. Her research output also includes a book published by Routledge/Taylor & Francis, New York (SCOPUS indexed). She serves as a Book Reviewer for Routledge (New York) and IGI Global, as well as a Journal Reviewer for the Global Business Review (GBR), IMI Journal of Innovation and Management (both published by SAGE), International Journal of Business Competition and Growth (IJBCG), and International Journal of Leisure and Tourism Marketing, (both published by Inderscience). In institution building, she has experience of 4 years as IQAC Coordinator and has led the NAAC Accreditation process. She has served as Co-investigator of four government and non-government consultancy projects. Additionally, she has been actively conducting various events, seminars, FDPs and imparting training on Soft Skills.
