I am currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Food Technology at Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences since April 2021. My previous experience includes roles as Assistant Professor at Nehru Institute of Technology, Coimbatore, and research positions such as Senior and Junior Research Fellow with DST-SERB projects on donkey milk. I have also worked as a lecturer and a corporate executive. My research focuses on food processing, particularly donkey milk, with numerous publications in reputable journals, conference presentations, and articles in newsletters. I hold a patent for my Ph.D. research work on process technology for donkey milk powder. I have been recognized with awards for research excellence, including the CSIR Senior Research Fellowship, Young Scientist Award, and best paper prizes. My work emphasizes innovative processing technologies and nutritional studies related to dairy alternatives and food engineering.
