Ms. Jeesa George is a distinguished pharmacy professional with a strong background in clinical practice and academia. She holds an M. Pharm from the JSS College of Pharmacy, Mysore, and a B. Pharm from Kannur University. She began her career as a Dispensing Pharmacist at Apollo Hospitals, Bangalore, and later returned as a Clinical Pharmacist after completing her postgraduation. She gained hands-on experience in rational drug use, adverse drug reaction (ADR) reporting, medication reconciliation, and interdisciplinary collaboration.

She transitioned to academia as an Assistant Professor at Karnataka College of Pharmacy, Bangalore, where she had served for six years. During this time, she mentored undergraduate and postgraduate research projects, taught core subjects to B.Pharm and Pharm.D students, and contributed to clinical services through ADR reporting and ward round participation at Bangalore Baptist Hospital, Hebbal. She has actively organized community outreach programs and has presented research at several national and international conferences. Her scholarly work has been published in peer-reviewed journals.

With eight years of teaching experience, two years as a clinical pharmacist, and one year in dispensing, she brought a comprehensive perspective to pharmacy education. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Materiovigilance and has received hands-on training in MvPI protocols from the Indian Pharmacopoeia Commission, strengthening her expertise in medical device safety."
