Dr. Chanchala completed her MBA in Human Resource Management. After her masters, she worked with IT and healthcare firms for over five years. Having an inclination for research and teaching, she went on to earn her PhD from the Indian Institute of Science. She has joined MSRUAS as an Assistant Professor in the faculty of management and commerce.
