Bindu Venkatesh has 3 decades of experience as a HR professional having worked in companies like IBM,  GE and Oracle.  She has also worked in manufacturing companies like Mico and volvo.  She has a Masters from TATA Institute of Social Science and is a Commonwealth Scholar from London School of Economics.  her expertise is in M&A, managing Board relations , change management, Leadership and Talent development.

She enjoys working to build perspective amongst the multi-generational work force and is keen to build dream teams amongst the multi-generational teams.

She is passionate about creating inclusive work spaces enabling employees to bring their best version of themselves to the workplace.
