Dr. Aurosikha Das completed her B.Tech. in Biotechnology from VIT University, Vellore, followed by an M.Sc. in Biotechnology from IIT Roorkee and a Ph.D. in Biosciences from IIT Bhubaneswar. She subsequently pursued postdoctoral research at IIT Bombay, where she further developed her expertise in computational and structural biology. Her research expertise spans Computational Biology, Structural Biology, Molecular Biophysics, Bioinformatics, and Computer-Aided Drug Discovery, with experience in protein modelling, molecular docking, molecular dynamics simulations, and AI-driven approaches for biomedical research. Her research interests include understanding molecular interactions and developing computational strategies for addressing challenges in antimicrobial resistance, therapeutic discovery, and vaccine design. Dr. Das is also passionate about teaching, research, and mentoring students, with a strong interest in integrating artificial intelligence, computational modelling, and life sciences to advance interdisciplinary research and education.
