Mrs. Aditi Arun Rao is Assistant Professor of Psychology in the school of Social Sciences, Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences. Prior to this she worked as Assistant professor and Head of the Department-Humanities at M.S.Ramaiah College of Arts Science and Commerce, Bengaluru, Worked as Lecturer at Sri Bhuvanendra College, Karkala. She taught courses in General Psychology, Child Psychology, developmental psychology, abnormal psychology, industrial/organizational psychology, social psychology, counselling psychology to undergraduate students and psychology and life for post graduate students. She also served as guest faculty at M.S.Ramaiah College of Law. She was also criteria 1 coordinator
