Dr. Kesha Desai has been an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Pharmacy since 2017. She teaches Pharmacology, Clinical Pharmacy, Human Anatomy and Physiology, Contributory Personality Development, Hospital, and Clinical Pharmacy for BPharm students. For students at the Master’s level, she handles Cellular and Molecular Pharmacology, Pharmacotherapeutics. And for PharmD aspirants, she conducts classes on Human Anatomy and Physiology.

She completed her Ph.D. from Uka Tarsadia University, Surat under the guidance of Dr. Dinesh R Shah and Dr. Ramesh K Goyal (2017). Her chosen topic was: Formulation and Evaluation of Polyherbal Formulations for Aphthous Stomatitis. She is a recipient of the ​“Young Researcher in Pharmacology” award from Venus International Foundation (2018).
