Dr. Shwetha K works in the capacity of Assistant Professor at the Department of Pharmaceutics, Faculty of Pharmacy, with a teaching experience of more than 13 years. Her educational accomplishments include a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree, Master of Pharmacy in Pharmaceutics from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences and Doctoral degree from M.S.Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences. She is actively involved in teaching and mentoring B. Pharm, Pharm. D, M. Pharm and Pharma MBA students. Her research interests include development of of functional biomaterials for female contraception, wound management, and cosmetic applications along with the formulation of novel drug delivery systems for synthetic therapeutic agents and herbal activities
