Mr. Pritam Bhat joined the Faculty of Engineering and Technology, RUAS in 2017 and has gathered around 5+ years of experience in teaching mechanical engineering, in particular, thermal science. He loves to teach subjects like Engineering Thermodynamics, Fluid Mechanics, Heat Transfer, Computational Fluid Dynamics and Turbo Machines. Mr. Bhat completed his Master’s in Thermal Sciences & Engineering from UVCE, Bangalore. He worked as a senior FEA analyst before entering the academic profession. He has 5 years of industrial experience in finite element analysis (linear / ​nonlinear and structural) in the turbo machinery domain. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. degree in Battery Thermal Management of Electric Vehicles at RUAS. His research work is mainly concerning heat transfer and fluid flow, battery thermal management, renewable energy systems.
