Dr. Praveen Kumar M is an Assistant Professor in the department of Data science and Analytics, School of Social Sciences with a Ph.D. in Mathematics from Bharathiar University Coimbatore and a strong academic and research background. He has expertise in Fluid dynamics, Applied Mathematics, Differential Equations, and Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning, with a keen interest in interdisciplinary research.
Dr. Praveen Kumar M has experience in teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students, curriculum development, mentoring students, and conducting academic activities. His research interests include mathematical modelling, transport phenomena, porous media, differential equations, and mathematical applications in emerging technologies. He has contributed to research through publications in reputed journals, conferences, seminars. He actively participates in faculty development programmes, workshops, conferences, and professional development activities and strives to integrate modern computational and technological tools into mathematics education.
