Dr. Meghana S G is an Assistant Professor of Psychology and practicing psychologist with expertise in counselling, resilience-based interventions, and positive mental health. She has experience teaching core psychology subjects and guiding postgraduate research. Her research interests include resilience, mindfulness, mind wandering, creativity, and mental health of students. She has published paper in SCOPUS, peer-reviewed journals, presented paper at national and international conferences, and co-authored a book on mindful self-empowerment. She is trained in Resilient Therapy, MBSR, and SPSS.
