Dr. Meghana S G is an Assistant Professor of Psychology and practicing psychologist with expertise in counselling, resilience-based interventions, and positive mental health. Her research interests include resilience, mindfulness, mind wandering, creativity, and mental health of students. She has published paper in SCOPUS, peer-reviewed journals, presented paper at national and international conferences, and co-authored a book on mindful self-empowerment. She is trained in Resilient Therapy, MBSR, and SPSS.
