Ms. Gagana M. S. is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Artificial Intelligence and Data Science with over 7.5 years of teaching experience in engineering education. She holds an M.Tech degree and is currently pursuing a Ph.D., with research focused on Mental Health Diagnosis and Intervention Using Predictive Models using Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
Her teaching and research interests include Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Big Data Analytics, Data Science, Computer Networks, Social Network Analysis, and data visualization. She has published research papers in national and international journals and has presented papers at national conferences. Her recent work includes EYEGUIDE AI: A Smart Vision Companion for the Blind, published in the International Journal of Advanced Research in Computer and Communication Engineering (IJARCCE).
In addition to teaching, she has actively contributed to academic administration by serving in roles such as Placement Coordinator, Time Table Coordinator, Internal Assessment (IA) Coordinator, Result Analysis Coordinator, Alumni Coordinator, Sports Coordinator, and Institution's Innovation Council (IIC) Coordinator. She is committed to promoting outcome-based education, student-centric learning, research, innovation, and industry-oriented skill development.
