Dr. Kiran Kumar B M is currently working as an Assistant Professor in the department of Electrical Engineering at M S Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences, Bengaluru. He has 9 years of teaching experience from prestigious institutions at Bangalore. He has completed his Ph.D. in Power Electronic converters for Hybrid Renewable Energy Sources from M S Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences. He has Eight international conferences, Three book chapters, and Eleven international peer reviewed journal papers to his credit. His research interests are in power electronics, renewable energy sources, and robotics, He is also serving as a student chair of IEEE SB RUAS and a graduate student member of IEEE.

  • Secured First rank as a Coach in the National Competition of the World Robotic Olympiad 2016 held at Kolkata during October 2016.
  • Honored with the Best Project Award for the M.Tech final year project titled "Drive and Control for a Robotic Feeding Arm" from MSRIT for the academic year 2013-2014.
  • Designed and demonstrated a mini project titled "Beetle Robot" at the College Day Annual Festival - 2011, HKBKCE, and secured the First place.
