RUAS Centre for National Security Studies (CNSS) is honoured to have hosted Hon’ble Sikyong Penpa Tsering, democratically elected leader of the Tibetan government-in-exile, on 8^th February 2024. He addressed students and faculty members on ​‘India-Tibet Relations: Cultural and Geographical Insights’. The occasion was graced by the presence of Hon’ble Chancellor Dr. MR Jayaram, Chief Executive Mr. Srinivasa Murthy, Vice Chancellor Dr. K K Raina, and Registrar Dr. G S Venkatesh.
