MTR, a renowned food company known for its delectable range of ready-to-eat and instant mixes, celebrates 100 years with a GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS™ title for the longest Dosa, measuring an unbelievable 123.03 feet, in collaboration with Lorman Equipments and the Faculty of Hospitality Management and Catering Technology, Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences. Budding chefs from the BHM and BVoc Programmes were deputed to join forces with MTR’s chefs to create the phenomenal record.

The Faculty of Hospitality Management and Catering Technology at Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences is reputed for its focus on training students in various aspects of the hospitality industry, including culinary arts, food technology, and catering management. Participating in this historic event provided the budding chefs of FHMCT with valuable hands-on experience in large-scale food production, event management, and partnering with industry professionals.
