Mrs. Manisha Patil is currently pursuing her PhD(Computer Engineering) from Vellore Institute of Technology , Vellore , Tamilnadu. She has completed her Master degree(Computer Engineering) in 2013 from Mumbai University and Bachelor degree(Computer Engineering) in 2001 from North Maharashtra University, India. She is currently working as Assistant Professor, Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Faculty of Engineering and Technology in Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences, Peenya, Technology Campus, Bengaluru. She has nearly 12 years of teaching experience. Her current research interest include in the field of computational biology, machine learning, protein analysis, deep learning, generative AI, Bioinformatics.
