Ms Farhat Begum is a Trainer at the Directorate of Transferable Skills and Leadership Development, RUAS and offers ten years of specialised experience in both soft skills and life skills training. She creates courseware and conducts classes on various topics like communication skills and job-related skills for corporates and colleges. She expertly handles training need analysis, counselling, coaching and mentoring needs besides coordinating and collaborating with a large number of stakeholders. A meticulous planner, she also organises and facilitates extracurricular activities to promote the natural speaking abilities and talent of students at the university. Additionally, she is responsible for creating awareness on social responsibilities and organises visits and tours NGOs working towards societal development.
